Meera Mahal

Meera Mahal
It honours Mirabai, the 15th century princess of Mewar, Udaipur, who forsake her life in the palace to an itinerant life of song and prayer in devotion to Lord Krishna. The room has a feminine touch in pink textiles and opens to a large terrace overlooking the hill and the gardens below. It connects to the Fort-Palace through the hanging gardens or a second lift leading to the dining spaces and pools.
