At the Hill-Fort Kesroli, one of the best resorts in Alwar, we serve North-Indian cuisines with a few Continental or Oriental dishes at random to suit a range of tastes and palates. South Indian, French, Italian, Chinese and Thai dishes are also often added to enrich the range of buffet spreads at our poolside restaurant in Alwar.
The meats are mainly procured from the French Farm managed by a Frenchman to high standards. We prefer not to deep freeze our foods for long durations or for non-seasonal offering.
