GUIDELINES FOR INTERSTATE TRAVEL

Punjab
  • All vaccinated passengers can enter Punjab with a final COVID vaccination certificate (both doses done). Vaccinated travelers are exempted from displaying a negative RT-PCR test report while travelling to Punjab.
  • A negative RT-PCR is required for people travelling from other states. Even if the traveler is partially vaccinated.
Rajasthan
  • All vaccinated passengers can enter the state with a COVID vaccination certificate (at least one dosage).
  • No negative RT-PCR test report is required for vaccinated travelers (at least one dosage) to enter Rajasthan.
  • COVID test requirements: Non-vaccinated passengers entering the state must carry a negative RT-PCR test report with a sample taken within 72 hours before arrival. RT-PCR test timeline starts from the swab collection time.
Tamil Nadu
  • All vaccinated passengers arriving from Kerala can enter the state with a final COVID vaccination certificate (both doses done). Vaccinated travelers are exempted from displaying a negative RT-PCR test report while travelling to Tamil Nadu from Kerala.
  • Negative RTPCR is required for people travelling from other states. Even if the traveler is partially vaccinated.
  • Non-vaccinated passengers entering the state from Kerala must carry a negative RT-PCR test report with a sample taken within 72 hours before arrival. RT-PCR Test timeline starts from the swab collection time.

Uttarakhand
  • All travelers are required to register themselves on the Smart City web portal before arriving in Uttarakhand.
  • Vaccinated passengers can enter the state with a final COVID vaccination certificate (both doses done). The date of trave must be 15 days after the second dose is administered.
  • No negative RT-PCR test report is required for fully vaccinated travelers to enter Uttarakhand.
  • Non-vaccinated passengers entering the state must carry a negative RT-PCR test report with a sample taken within 72 hours before arrival.
Madhya Pradesh
  • No negative RT-PCR test report is required to enter Madhya Pradesh.
Kerala
  • Travelers must register on?https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/?to obtain an e-pass.
  • All vaccinated passengers can enter the state with a final COVID vaccination certificate (both doses done). No negative RT-PCR test report is required for fully vaccinated travelers arriving in Kerala.

Karnataka
