The grand room is named after Maharani Sakhya Raja Scindia née Jadhav’s son HH Maharaja Madhavrao I Scindia of Gwalior. It is situated on the ground floor in the Gwalior Wing of Deo Bagh. This wing is a new addition to the old structures and opens out on to the Nau Bagh, a garden chequered into nine parts. The multi-coloured glass doors lend an old-world ambience to the blue interiors of the room adorned with old family photographs. The room is equipped with comfortable two single bed and is an ideal choice for two close friends or colleagues.
