  • Rooms 9 & 10 and 11 & 12 are interconnected and can be booked together @ 10,500/- plus taxes. 
  • There is someone available all the 24 hours at the Reception.
  • Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.
  • There is a private bathroom for each unit.
  • Common hospitality practices like room service are avoided. This is part of the heritage USP.
  • There is no minimum stay requirement.
  • An extra bed can be arranged if space permits @ Rs. 750/- (taxes extra) for a child and Rs. 1100/- (taxes extra) for an adult.

Food & Beverage

  • Breakfast is included in the room tariff. Lunch and dinner à la carte.
  • We have mendatory Gala Dinner for New Year Eve, 31st December @ Rs. 1500/- (for adult) & Rs. 750/- (for child). taxes extra
  • The Portico Restaurant and the Café Bagh are open to non-residents, preferably on prior bookings.
  • Bar facilities are available for residents only. Personal liquor is not permitted.
