 Accomodation
  • Room tariff is payable in advance to confirm bookings.
  • Neemrana has five Fort-Palace wings built over nine levels. Should you want two or more adjacent rooms, please make a request while booking. The reservation office shall try its best, but all categories of rooms are not always found together.
  • There are 7 Luxury Suites, 7 Suites, 8 Grand Rooms and 28 Rooms which can sleep a total of 132 guests. 
  • Extra bed can be arranged if space permits
    • @ Rs.500(+taxes) for children and Rs.Rs.800 (+taxes) for Adult.
  • Rooms when available, can be given for day use from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 60% of the normal room charge.
  • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
  • Luxury tax as per Government regulations.
  • Swimming pool and health spa facilities are for residents only.
 
 Food & Beverage
  • Fixed menus are offered at the per head rates:
    • Rs.250/- for breakfast, Rs.500/- for lunch and Rs.600/- for dinner. (taxes extra)
  • Most Saturdays during the season have a special cultural performance followed by a Gala dinner @ Rs.1000/- plus taxes.
  • Breakfast is served from 8 to 9.30 am, lunch from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and dinner from 8 to 10 pm.
  • No charge for children below 4 years and half rates for children below 10.
  • Bar facilities are available for residents only. Personal liquor is not permitted.
  • Charges for Non-residents : Breakfast Rs.400/-, Lunch Rs.700/- (taxes extra).
  • For Non-residents Sundays Lunch buffet @ Rs.800 or Thali @ Rs.500. (taxes extra). No snacks will be available.
 
 Non Residents
  • Visitors not staying at Neemrana Fort-Palace will be allowed entry, only if the Fort is not fully chartered. They will be charged Rs.200/- per head for visiting the public areas for 2 hours, between 9 am & 5 pm only. Two children below 12 are allowed free with their parents.
  • No day visitors allowed on weekends or any other holiday. Only lunch bookings will be allowed which will be prebooked from Delhi office.
 
 Conferences
  • Conference facilities are available at a charge of Rs 20,000/- for the Jalgiri Mahal (seats 150), Rs.10,000/- for Darbar Mahal (seats 45) or Kasturi Mahal (seats 35). Rs.20,000 is charged for non-residents. Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on a prior notice.
  • Area blocking charges for lunch or dinner is between Rs.10,000/- and Rs.30,000/-.
  • For wedding & large functions, 80% of the approx. billing is required to be paid at-least 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking and the remaining amount to be paid at the time of check-in.
 
 Cancellation Charges
  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
  • Credit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.

For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th &31st of December)

  • 25% if cancelled fourty five days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.

 Regulations
  • Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
  • Luxury tax 8% on room tariff
  • Sales tax 12.5%.
  • All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.
  • No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.
 
 Discount
  • Off-season discount from 1st May to 31st August: 20% on air conditioned rooms, 40% on air cooled and other rooms .
