 Accomodation
  • Room tariff is payable in advance to confirm bookings.
  • One extra bed can be provided per room @ Rs.500/- plus tax, where space permits.
  • Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon.
 
 Food & Beverages
  • Fixed menus are offered at the per head rates of :
    • Rs.200/- for breakfast, Rs.300/- for lunch and Rs.400/- for dinner. (taxes extra)
  • Bar facilities are avialble for residents only. Personal liquor is not permitted.
  • No charge for children below 4 years and half rates for children below 10.
 
Conferences & Weddings
  • Conference facilities available at charge of Rs.5,000/- for Darbar Hall. Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on a prior notice.
  • For weddings and celebrations , the entire fort can be chartered on a discount of 10%.
 
 Cancellation Charges
  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
  • Credit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.

For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th &31st of December)

  • 25% if cancelled fourty five days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.

 Regulations
  • Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
  • Luxury tax 8% on room tariff.
  • Sales tax 12.5% on food & beverages.
  • All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.
  • No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.
 
 Discount
  • Off-season discount from 1st May to 31st August: 20% on air conditioned rooms, 40% on air cooled and other rooms .
